After weeks of waffling between cold rains and random warm days, it seems like summer is pretty much officially here in DC. Today was such a gorgeous day. A perfect breeze, not too hot, not yet chilly. I couldn’t waste it, so I had a nice run on the trail leading down to the river. It was refreshing. And then- the Cubs got into the playoffs! Two years in a row- let’s see how far this goes. [...]
